I'm expecting a package from an rop, obviously, today, and was having a problem tracking it, so first I called the op to confirm and they weren't sure why tracking had no movement and suggested I call fedex, something I've probably only done once before, and ask them to check by address. So I call, on my mobile and the operator comes on and I ask if he can check if I have a package coming today and he says to so and so address, I'm like yeah, how'd you know, he says caller id, so I ask so what name comes up and he says its mine, but the phone is a business mobile. So I guess the one time I called they logged in my name and number. Big Brother at its best. Who would think they would even take the time?

yeah I get that, but don't you think its odd that such a big corp has caller id? he indentified me that way, didn't need to give him my address or name he already knew it, and like I mentioned the phone I called him on isn't even in my name.
