This is confusing to me - I already ordered online once from eDrugstore (Florida) after online Physician consult (USA) and received RX from Washington State Pharmacy. The RX was for generic Fioricet, which contains butalbital, but apparently is not on as serious a schedule as Fiorinal, which has aspirin not tylenol.
Hoping a refill will not bring the jackbooted thugs of DEA Postal Authorities, Police, etc. - I really don't want to be cuffed, led away, etc., and in Hawaii, I can't find any law forbidding this. Frankly, I can get generic Fioricet and Fioricet online cheaper than at any pharmacy on the island. So, does anyone know the status of this drug in the eyes of the DEA, etc. in relationship to online puchse and shipping? In these specific set of circumstances? The online pharmacy? ![]() |

As far as I know, as long as you had a consult with a doctor (on the phone) and sent in medical records then it is Legal to order scheduled meds online as long as the consult doctor ordered them for you.
I hope that helps. |
