I have no idea what the actual laws are for recieving controlled substances in the mail. Ive heard of US customs intercepting packages and just sending out a "Love Letter".
However, I live in Canada, and the package would be comming from the US containing Adderall XR (legal in Canada, but I dont think it can be shipped). If intercepted, does anyone know what the consequences are in Canada? Also, is there an annonymous way to recieve packages (like a rented postal box or something)? Losing the shipment doesnt really concern me, I just dont want to be flagged. I know this all sounds very shady, but thats why I ask before doing anything to potentially get myself in trouble. Thanks |

Paul I do not know the legal system of Canada but I ordered and received some tylenol 4's from NZ. I think it was looked at by customs because on it was a label that someone had written "medicine for personal use 30 day supply". Anyway they let go thru and maybe I'll be getting a love letter, I don't know. When, and I don't do it very often this is my 3rd time, I only order 1 box. If you order a large amount you are just advertizing to be investigated I think. Are you getting these for personal use or are you going to sell them type thing. Check out the Canadian legal system to see what the punishment is for importing drugs from other countries. Here we just go to a .gov website and get our answers. Yes I believe it is illigal to import medicines from other countries the type of drugs matter too. I think tylenol 4's are schedule IV so unless I ordered a large amount, i.e. more than 30, they would have probably seized them and came after me. Who knows, I might be on a watch list now. If they scan an envelope and my address pops up they just might seize it and come after me. I'm not willing to keep taking that chance so if I ever order those again it won't be until after 6 months or so. I only take them when I can't sleep and my pain is bad. Hydro's keep me awake if I take them too late in the evening. Just read the Canadian government laws regarding importing drugs, what kind of drugs, etc. and you should get your answer. Knowledge is power, but sometimes in my case, ignorance is bliss.

Yeah, I know that all Amphetamines are Schedule II in the US and Schedule III in Canada, but S2 US is equivalent to S3 CAN as far as I can tell. Your right though, I need to read up on Canadian laws concerning it.
This medication will probably be scrutinized heavily if checked, which is why Im looking at an anonymous MailBox. Their very easy to abuse which is why their so controlled, but im very careful about abusing any sort of substance. Ive got a set of personal rules, and I follow them to avoid abuse. Its a private seller I think, so I wouldnt need to give any personal info. Also limiting it to 30 would be safer. Anyone want to have a look at this seller? http://www.tradekey.com/selloffer_view/id/1213928.htm The price looks awfully cheap IMO, so it could easily be a scam. Their not authenticated by TradeKey either. |

Interesting. I don't know.
I just don't know. I would proceed with extreme caution with this one if it were me. GHB? That would cause the alphabets to come to your door here in the States. 15.00 membership until the 31DEC2008! What a great holiday gift to yourself! |

Just some food for thought. Importing 15 or 30 mg codeine sulfate or phosphate is a schedule II medication in the US also. Yes, like hydrocodone, if codeine is not compounded with the likes of tylenol, ibuprofen, et al., it is schedule II also. That's my understanding anyway.
Pb PBPS: And, SA, are you sure you get T-4s frm NZ, Australia, England? T-4s, at least here in the states contain 60 mg of codeine. the OTC products containing codeine in those counties seem to have, at most, 15 mg of codeine plus like 500 mg of tylenol or 200 mg of ibuprofen. That would make them ore like a T-2 here. Still better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick, but not quite T-4 material. FORE! PLAYING THROUGH! |

PB you're right. I didn't know what the difference was between the T3 & T4's so yes I got the 15mg with tylenol. It's the same stuff that you can get OTC in England. I take 10mg hydros so that's plenty for me. I just want the pain to go away not my mind, or what little there is left to it. HA! I guess I'm just a guppy in the big bowl of things.

International notes from Ecuador and Peru: no such thing as vicodin or equivalent at all. You have to buy Voltaren Forte which contains 50mg codeine but also diflocenac which I blame on some terrible swollen ankles, painful, but which kept me ok when my hydro was stolen just before I went on a week trip to Galapagos islands! Even with a doc literally holding my hand, a script and a visit to every pharmacy, I was barely able to get enough Voltaren Forte to keep me afloat.
Surprisingly, codeine was almost unknown there! The good news is that chewing coca leaves with llipta, the ash rock that accompanies them, helps greatly with pain, energy and GI problems. Having bought pure codeine in Mexico years ago, I imagined codeine would be simple in Latin America but was wrong. Couldn't find any unadulterated narcotic painreliever but the Voltaren Forte (if you go INSIST on "Forte", that's the codeine, Voltaren is just diflocenac. Ironically, you could buy 100 10mg valium over the counter dirt cheap.... |

That is interesting, Roby. I have noticed that many countries don't take Valium very seriously. Maybe the folks are just more well-adjusted because they don't live in fear of no meds
