I've been following the kratom posts and have looked around the net at different kratom sites. Seems like most are pleased with this product.

I have a couple of questions for all the "pros" here -

Best place? iamshaman.com is mentioned the most, but some are having issues.

Best product? Is the super kratom powder the best product?

Best way to take it? Most are saying the taste is not good and are consuming it with grapefruit juice or applesauce. Has anyone taken it as a straight tea, or is that just suggested if you have the leaves?

Anyone have any luck finding a plant? And if so, any special gardening tips?

I get it from mrkratom.com. I just take it plain...a few teaspoons in my mouth and wash it down with water. I could see why most couldn't do this.

I ordered from mr.kratom with no problems. After placing an order late in the evening on Thursday, I received an email showing my order was shipped the next morning. Since it was shipped overnight by USPS, they said I should get it tomorrow, Saturday, at no extra cost!! Now that's nice!! No $30 or whatever charge for Saturday delivery.

It is soooooo bitter, how do you do it volleydog?

I had a quick, troublefree shipment from Iamshaman, my first order for this stuff. Shipping comes in your mailbox and is only $1.50. I got the cheaper kratom that's sold by the ounce (1oz. = 28 gams). Is the super kratom that is way more expensive worth it? Anyone had experience with both?

LOL...no idea but I really don't think it's that bad.

Never having used kratom before, I decided to try kratomplants.com because they sell 50 capsules for $15. Apparently they also sell plants but on the front page it says to expect it to take about 2 weeks as they are looking at a new supplier. I just want to try it before investing too much money and I thought this might be a good way. Gary, who I assume is the site owner answered Emails from me very quickly and was extremely nice and helpful.

I use MrKratom.......
First time I odered 100 grams extra strenght & made tea.....
it was okay but not what I expected ..........than I odered super
& took it by teaspoon.................That seened to work better
I just recieved 100g of super today......& I'm sticking with
taking it straight & washing it down.......I use soda

I ordered from Mr Kratom last night and got an email that my order had shipped Priority Mail. From all the good things people are saying, I'm excited to try it! Will let you all know my experience...

Can anyone tell if these shipments are from within the States? I know someone that may be interested in this, and I know that is the first question they are going to ask me. Where is it shipped from?

Do we know that this "product" is legal? I'm assuming so since it's an herb, but I read somewhere that people need to "hush" Kratom??? Why would someone advise that if this is a legal herb?

Mine came from NJ I believe. It is legal but I think the keeping it "hush"
is you don't want someone to get the idea to make it illegal...Know what I mean/

they had just moved to Kentucky...which was a bummer for me cause they
were only like 12 miles from me.............but my last order came out
of Kentucky.........& was Placed Wed evening & recieved Fri Aternoon

the idea of keeping it hush is to keep it legal

I made capsules out of the less expensive stuff from iamshaman, (by the oz.) and have been experimenting.

At 128 lbs, three 00 capsules is the right dose to eliminate withdrawals and get me up and going.

Of the pain meds that I've taken - Kratom's effects most closely resemble methadone.

Monica (and others if anyone wants to weigh in) how often are you using it to avoid withdrawals? I'm getting close to the end of my current script of hydro and would like to get off it using kratom. But most of what I've heard says you can't use it every day. Mine should be here Monday or Tuesday---ordered Priority Mail from Mr Kratom late last week...
