Hello All & Happy Sunday eveSmiler

I know there are a lot of past discussions regarding Kratom, but I have had a hard time sifting through each thread to get consistent information.

So, is there anyone out there who wouldn't mind taking the time to give us some basics on kratom? My head is spinning with milligram, gram, ounce, etc conversions and there are so many different types I'm getting my confused on:P

I've got some Indo Red Vein Powder & some Bali Powder. I've mixed one tsp of the red vein in some OJ (ack!) and noticed it did help with WD's, but I'm not sure if that is the "correct" dose and how long I should wait in between. I had bookmarked a thread by Kat here some time ago, but it's moved and I'm not able to find the info I was looking for.

Anyone care to share some knowledge?(i.e. dose experiences, type preference, etc) I would be so grateful for help from you great people hereSmiler

Thanks!

Hey Kratom can be great, but also a little tricky.
First off you have to watch your dosage as each batch you get can vary alot. The best thing to do is start small and work your way up. Too much can make you sick.
The worst part of the experience is the taste. Some people mix it with water and down it. Others make tea. The first method is the best since you get the most potent effect. The tea has advantages as well. First you can mask the taste with honey, sugar, and other kinds of tea.
Secondly you can make a larger batch that is easy to store in your fridge and portable for later. Either way you need to have a good source for your kratom with products that you like and trust. Good luck and Aloha
