hey all, just wanted to chime in and say that I feel damm good! I did take a bit of kratom this morning but haven't touched a single hydro in a while, had a little falling off the wagon a few weeks ago but luckily I didn't let it go on and on and was able to basically taper back down so all week, not a single hydro was in me and I feel great! I am not even really working out as I have been working at my new job which is going just awesome! Man I am happy. TGIF all!

Hi HG:

Congratulations to you and I am glad to hear that you are staying clear of the Hydro. I have been off of them for a while now, but still find the need to take one every once in a while as needed for extreme pain relief.

Have a safe, wonderful and pain free weekend. Kudos and congratulations to you.

Good for you hon. No sense in letting a "slip" get ya down anyway. But so glad that that is all is was. And the new job being awesome is wonderful. I know how new jobs can be but all in all you weren't unemployed for too long..that helps in itself. I, myself, am really looking forward to getting back into the work world (outside the home) and just having a few extra bucks and hopefully "perks a plenty". OK so I'm stretching it a bit there. I'm trying to put myself in a better attitude house selling wise, living wise in general, and I thank Hydro and the other posters for that wise advise. I'll fake it if I have to but right now I don't really feel like I am. I've been doing a little blessings count and the good so much is outweighing the bad. So there you have it.
OT there for a minute. Just want to say congrats to you HG and glad you're living up to your name!!! Smiler
the best is yet to come

How is the new job going?? I hope that you are feeling good. Good for you on maintaining while having the meds around. Does kratom give you more of a jolt, say then coffee, red bull etc.? That is something I have never tried, but have always been curious. I wonder how it would mix with sub.
Since I became anemic and couldn't take the iron pills, I have changed my diet so that I eat iron enriched foods morning noon and night. I have been feeling better, other than this silly sinus-cold? that I got from the health club I am sure. This blew my mind: My trainer who is 55 went in last week for implants. She had to have a 2nd surgery for a hematoma(sp?)that developed a few days later. I asked her what was she taking for pain, her reply was "Darvocet and Valium". WHAT? DARVOCET AFTER SURGERY, ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Drs. continue to blow my mind. Ok, well that's something silly I thought I would throw in. Take care-Elise
