Hi all, I was taking ambien every night to help with sleep. Well, my script ran out early as I tried taking more than usuall (like 2 per night). Anyway, in need of sleep I took tylenol PM. Now, normally it always made me feel like **** in the morning, I had to take 2 hydro's to feel better. Well, my body musta gotten used to the sleep aid tylenol PM because I can take it now each night and sleep great and not feel bad in the morning. I also don't wake up with morning anxiety as I was before and I am not getting all sleepy in the afternoon. Its amazing, I never thought just quiting ambien would help so much. Plus, the stuff is expensive, my insurance only gives me 14 at a time since its considered a short term sleep aid so each script was like 35 bucks! So aside from the medical benefits, I am saving money too. I don't see any harm in taking the nightime sleep aid, I can go some nights without it but I have always had insomnia so no matter what, I need something to help sleep.
Looks like no more ambien for me!

Good for you Pauli! Ambien is dangerous anyway.
