Just checking in with you all.....I have only posted here twice before...The first time was what I like to call "Black Sunday"....I am now in the clear and feelin absolutly great being free from Hydro....I would just like to say to all who are out there fighting this stuff....It will get better and life on the other side rocks!!.Kratom is a big help and lots of music that you listened to when things were good....I am back doing things I had lost interest in and my energy is comming back again.....I stopped on a sunday and I never looked back!!...Thanks to all the people who have helped with stories of hope and success....you all know who you are... .....Today is the day if ya really want to get livin...Three weeks and some change down and the rest of my life to see through bright and clear eyes....God bless you all..YYZ

YYZ, you CAN quit hydro. Take it one day at a time and lean on your friends. Get to a Narcotics Anonymous meeting (the support is really great even though the BS can be a bit much at times)and get help taking it one day at a time. Get some support and let those who love you help you. Getting off hydro is nothing to be afraid of - staying on it is! Be sure to remember how good you feel now and keep that memory alive - that will keep you clean!

ditto...good luck. have you quit CT. i'm interesting as to what your 'plan.' is but like the above posters have said, just take it one day at a time...and remember what it feels like being freed from your chains Never look back..

have you tried kratom? subtex? just curious...you're a stronger person than I...I had to use to previosu two to get off hydro...NOW I'M 3 MONTHS CLEAN...YIPPEE. we're all here for you and to support you...rock on!!!
