Hi, quick question to everyone...

Do you use any supplements? What are they and what for?

I use soy lecithin to metabolize fat and
Calcium/Magnesium...helps with joint aches and is good for keeping osteoporosis at bay...also recommended by my dentist to strengthen the teeth I am constantly clenching on.

When I am sick, I've got one called "Virus-X" that has a good combo of the Vt.C, Zinc, and some herbs too.

You must be the change you want to see in the world.

Just (water soluable) Vitamins...I avoid the ADEK (fat soluable) vitamins.
Super Green Algae, a variety of herb teas. Especially Chamomile (sp?)
Plenty of soy in my diet.

Today's Trvivia: I imagine everyone knows that "Jack in the Box" taco's (which I love except for the soggy iceberg lettuce) are NOT
meat, but soy.

Iceberg lettuce has NO NUTRIENT whatsoever other than bulk.

I use Sub lingual vitamin B-12.

It gives me energy and helps with my anxiety.
