Yeah it does energy level is good WITHOUT the pounding of your heart lol,and no jitters that's what IMHO think its all about for me anyway..lots of energy weight loss, and not feeling like Speedy Gonzales, gives just the right kick, but then again that is my system,sure it will have different effects on others, but its claim to NOT HAVE the jittery feeling for me was true.
