I was at the health food today and heard a woman rave about this product. It is Cherry RX 100% Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice Concentrate. It supposatly has anti-oxidants, along with anti inflammatory properties 10 times stronger than NSAIDS. It also has melatonin in it to help you sleep. I bought some and it said to take 2 Tablespoons in a liquid (8 ounces) per day. I am suppose to see results in about 2 weeks. The bottle cost me about 20.00, so it is worth a try. Anyone out there ever used anything like this? They also has pomegranate juice to help Cholestrol and other hosts of problems. I will post again hopefully with some positive results.

What makes the tart cherry special in fight gout and arthritis are the anthocyanins. In addition, cherries are nature's #1 source of melatonin. No other fruit or vegetable has been discovered that has more natural melatonin. The research suggests that it is the synergistic compound found in the cherry that gives it gout and arthritis fighting abilities. I am only 35 and I have been drinking the Fruit Advantage tart cherry juice for the past two years and I swear my joints haven't felt better. I am a runner and my knees hurt after my run, but now they don't Contact Fruit Advantage and give it a try.

This is IRONIC news for me; I posted awhile back about the awful reaction I had after using an "Arbonne" moisturizer, "anti-aging" cream on my face.

My dermatologist friend in Ca. told me to skip the expensive stuff and what product to use, (a much cheaper product) along with that, she said to start eating dried cherries/cranberries as they do wonder for "baby-boomer" skin.

Since part of my nighttime routine is to read for an hour or so before taking my night meds, I munch on the cherries instead of hard candy while reading, I have noticed the past couple of weeks, that frequently I will wake-up in the morning to discover I have not taken either my Xanax, or Ambien, just got sleepy, turned off the bedside lamp and forgot about the meds. She never mentioned ANYTHING about melatonin.

I was wondering about the fact that I have refills due day after tommorro, yet, enough of both meds. to last nearly two weeks...I wonder...could this possibly be attributed to the intake of the cherries?...my skin looks much better, and I don't crave my night time sugar fix like I used to. Interesting post....Thanks!...People should try the cherry thing, it can't hurt, (unless of course you are allergic) and MIGHT help!!!
