this stuff is great for joint pain. i take it along with my norcos. i take glucosamine with msm. good stuff.

Are these things you find at a health food store or Drug Store? Are they expensive? And do they work right away, or do you have to take them over time. Curious one, aren't I?

they are relativley cheap to buy. But they are not proven by FDA, although there is many clinical trials on both msm and gluco. they are both contradicting themselves, one states, it works while the other states its not beneficial, i know of many people with arthiris who use it and say it actually provides them relief.
